If your product has a manufacturers defect, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Outside vendors or retailer purchases,
- Incorrectly purchased products,
- Products damaged due to customer error,
- Worn items,
- Stain items after use,
Lastly, we do not accept returns for non-damaged items or items that have been delivered incorrectly.
If your product(s) qualifies for a return, once we received your return, your refund will be processed and may take up to 10 days to appear your account.
If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. If the product(s) have been shipped, your items will be refunded ONCE THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED and processed.
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.
Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Once our team processes your order within 1-2 business days, expect to get it within 7-15 business days, after purchase, depending on customs clearance. USA deliveries may be a bit quicker than the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Almost all European and Asian countries will experience longer ship times.
